Six Strategies for Prevention
In Lane County, the Success By 6® initiative is focused on significantly reducing child abuse and neglect through prevention efforts as a first step towards ensuring that all our children enter school ready to learn. Parents are the key. And parents are most successful in a supportive community. To support families, we're developing partnerships with many of Lane County's successful and ground-breaking human service agencies, as well as business, faith, medical, school and volunteer communities. Research shows that a combination of strategies works.
